Nondiscrimination Policy of Ritual Art Troupe

Ritual Art Troupe does not discriminate in regard to race, color, ethnicity, national origin, ancestry, age, religion, disability status, sex, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, pregnancy, appearance, genetic information, political affiliation, socio-economic status, or source of income in its employment practices, selection of board members, selection of students, selection of volunteers, or in accepting clients for its services or products or as otherwise provided by all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

For artistic endeavors that treat a particular oppressed minority, race, ethnicity, identity, or orientation, casting preference may be given to people based on race, ethnicity, identity, or orientation so as to show respect for the relevant culture and to avoid actual or perceived improper cultural appropriation.

{This shorter policy is available for use with grant proposals and so on. Participants in Ritual Art Troupe activities must read, understand, and sign a longer Anti-Harassment Policy.}
