You Too

Theatre Makers is co-creating a new play called “You Too”. The play is about abuse, the #metoo controversy, and hope for the future.

“You Too” revolves around modern-day issues, such as women’s rights, double standards in politics, the role of the media, and the personal stories of our characters.

Iryna Lymar will direct the play, which she co-wrote with Stardust Doherty.

Performances planned for 2019 in the San Francisco Bay Area. Currently seeking venues for this production.

Theatre Makers is grateful for the support of the following community partners for the “You Too” production:

These organizations are doing amazing work in the area of domestic violence prevention, advocacy, support, education, and healing.

We are also seeking actors, costumers, set designers, painters, prop makers, roadies, sound and light crew, stage manager, funders, venue staff, sign language interpreters (ASL), and other volunteers to stage this new woman-directed play.

We had a Kick-Off Meeting for the “You Too” Play from 7pm to 9pm on Monday, March 18, 2019.

Please volunteer, donate funds, or donate venue, food, materials or equipment to make this show possible!
